Acutonics® Sound Therapy

Returning Art and Spirit to Medicine

Acutonics® System of Integrative Medicine, is a sound-based branch of Chinese Medicine that makes use of many of the same techniques as Acupuncture and is now available in Adrian!

Acutonics is an integrated approach to health care grounded in Oriental medicine, psychology, science, cosmological studies and sound healing principles.

This effective non-invasive methodology works with vibratory energy created through sound. Due to the non-invasive (no needles) techniques, this is an effective method to provide the benefits of Chinese Medicine for children, elderly and for those for whom needles provide a barrier or a challenge

What to expect during your treatment...

During your hour-long treatment, the sounds of planetary bodies are brought into the clinical setting through the use of precision calibrated tuning forks, symphonic gongs, and hand chimes. Your treatment protocol will be planned and managed by Beth Stewart, nationally accredited Five Element Acupuncturist and Sr. Faculty member of the Acutonics® System of Integrative Medicine. Your hands-on session will be provided by a trained Acutonics practitioner based upon your existing acupuncture treatment plan.

If you have been an acupuncture patient of Beth Stewart, you are ready to enjoy your first Acutonics treatment. If you are are new patient to Phoenix Rising, a preliminary 45-minute Chinese medical intake with Beth is necessary before your first Acutonics session so that a personalized treatment plan can be created for you.

The body's innate wisdom to heal.

At Phoenix Rising: Adrian Wellness Center, we believe in the creation of partnership between practitioner and patient, and in finding the right balance between conventional and alternative health care models that facilitate the body's innate wisdom to heal.

The Acutonics approach to health and wellness embraces the concept of a musical universe. A belief found through time, across cultures, and many healing and spiritual traditions, where numerous references cite the power of sound to create, generate, transforms and give birth to new ideas and new consciousness.
